...has come, and now is on its way outa here! It's time for some fine summertime OBSERVING!
For those looking for some target suggestions that are a little bit off of the beaten path, I suggest the Stellafane Observing Olympics for both telescopes and binoculars;


You don't need to attend the Stellafane Convention to get the list packages with object information including a brief narrative on each target. You can just go here Stellafane 2024 Observing Olympicsand download them.
For the award pins, though, you will have to attend the convention. Register for that here Stellafane 2024 Convention Registration
Yeah, we've got a few days of rain coming, but that's ok. It'll give the Moon time to recede from the night sky and hopefully by the weekend we'll be back in the observing business.
