Unfortunately the sky has yet to cooperate today with our plans to observe, so consequently this evening's session is CANCELLED.

Tomorrow night marks our first scheduled observing event for the year at Centennial Field. The forecasts are mixed, which is why I'm going to say we make the go/no-go call late tomorrow afternoon. The general civilian forecast has it for partly cloudy, while the Canadian model astro forecast had it socked in with clouds until 9pm, and the Euro model astro forecast shows it to be completely clear after mid-afternoon. 
Because we typically get out in the early evening at this time of year (we're usually wrapping it up by 9pm...not starting then) we'll have wait and see which model pans out. So, unfortunately short notice will be the rule of the day but as astronomers we're used to it. Hope to see you there if it's clear!
