Greetings Fellow Astronomy Enthusiasts,
I hope you all had a wonderful and memorable holiday season and that you're all charged up for the new year! The SSAS will kick things off right away with our first monthly meeting of 2023 on Wednesday, January 4th beginning at 7pm. As we have for the past three years we'll be gathering in the large meeting room at the Scituate Town Library and we'd love to have you there in-person, but if you can't make it and would still like to attend we'll also host the meeting on Zoom. The agenda for this meeting will include a quick review of some December activities, including some things that happened that have not been communicated with the membership yet. Then we'll take a brief look back at 2022 overall, which itself will serve to segue us into the feature presentation of the evening. As always, all members and guests are encouraged to participate in the discussion by bringing their ideas, observations and experiences to the attention of the group.
